Duplication of the Geelong - Marshall rail line

Constraints on the Geelong-Marshall rail line during peak periods have led to the need to duplicate. A crossing loop installed between South Geelong and Marshall would allow trains to return to Melbourne on the dual line, alleviating limitations.
