G21 Agribusiness Forum to host Victorian Summit

The G21 region will host the 'Victorian Agribusiness Summit 2018: More Food for Thought' on 28-29 August.

Registrations are now open for the state summit, which is being hosted by the G21 Agribusiness Forum and will be held at Clyde Park Winery and Marcus Oldham College.

Headlining the summit are prominent speakers from the food production and manufacturing sector, including the Victorian Minister for Agriculture the Hon Jaala Pulford, Geelong Mayor Cr Bruce Harwood, Managing Director of Rocket Seeder Jeffrey Bourne and Strategic Advisor to Deakin's Centre for Regional and Rural Futures (CeRRF) David Downie.

Agribusiness is a vital part of the local and state economy. As a centre for dynamic and innovative agribusiness change, the G21 region will showcase the developments in Victoria's regional agribusiness sector.

Every level of the supply chain; producers, financiers, input suppliers and manufacturers, are represented in this region, and they will demonstrate the latest technological advances for organisations involved in food production.
