Greater Geelong Industry Fund Grants
Round One – Open for Applications
The Greater Geelong Industry Fund (GGIF) is a Victorian Government initiative to support new investment that will generate sustainable new jobs in the Geelong region.
Grants of up to $250,000 are available to attract new industry to the region and support existing industry to transition into new growth markets.
All grants must be matched by a minimum co-contribution of $2 for every $1 granted.
Applications are sought from businesses located in the Geelong region with a minimum three years trading history, who intends to:
- generate sustainable new jobs
- develop new products
- adopt new technologies and processes; and
- identify and explore new markets.
This fund is also open to businesses looking to relocate to or set up operations in the Geelong region.
Businesses of all sizes are eligible and may apply individually or jointly with other businesses.
Applications for Round One of the GGIF will close on Thursday 31 January 2013 at 5pm AEDT.
