Health and Wellbeing Pillar Activity

Recent Pillar Meeting: Monday 16 April, 2012

• Since the H&WB Pillar meeting in February there has been the development and endorsement of the Executive Plan 2012 and the Primary Care Partnership bridging action plan 2012 – 2013. The later bridging plan is designed to bring the PCP into line with Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plans from 2013.
• We have begun a review and planning for Pillar leadership groups for the 2012 – 2013 year.
• Closing the Gap Forum held 21 March 2012.
• Barwon South West Regional Mental Health & Wellbeing Conference to be held in partnership with South West Primary Care Partnership and Southern Grampians & Glenelg Primary Care Partnership 21 May 2012 in Warrnambool.
