Project Description

The unique range of existing and proposed infrastructure assets in Geelong’s Northern Gateway will allow government and the private sector to attract development opportunities from anywhere in the world. Supporting the region’s core industrial capacity, including Ford, Shell, Air Radiators and MC Herd, the precinct is strategically positioned as a “gateway” between Geelong and Melbourne, Victoria’s Western district and wider domestic and international markets.

Key assets include Avalon Airport, the Geelong Port, Geelong Ring Road, rail for freight and land for development.
